Acrylic Complete Dentures

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. Two types of dentures are available -- complete and partial dentures. Complete dentures are used when all the teeth are missing, while partial dentures are used when some natural teeth remain.

A Regular complete denture rests on the gums and the underlying bone. Sometimes retention may be a problem especially with the lower dentures. In such situations an Implant supported denture is advisable. Usually, a regular denture made to fit an upper jaw is quite stable on its own and doesn't need the extra support offered by implants. However, you can receive an implant-supported denture in either the upper or lower jaw.

Partial Denture

Partial Dentures can be a Cast Partial Denture or a Flexible Partial Denture.
Flexible Partial denture are a very convenient option for replacing.
Few missing teeth. The flexibility, combined with strength and light weight, provides total comfort and great looks!

The preparation is relatively simple because your natural teeth don't need to be altered in any way. The Valplast partial is virtually invisible because there are no metal clasps and the material itself blends with the tissue in your mouth so that the only thing that shows is your beautiful smile. This is a good option when very few teeth are missing. When the no. of teeth missing are more then, a Cast Partial denture is a better option. It is made with a lot of precision and has a very precise fit. It takes support of the remaining teeth and the periodontium.
